Bespoke Joinery | Wardrobes, Kitchens & Staircases
What we build
Everything starts with a proper conversation and a visit to your home. We measure carefully, listen to what you need, and design joinery that fits your space and your life — not the other way around.

Fitted wardrobes
A fitted wardrobe isn't just storage — it's joinery built into the bones of your room. We design around the real corners you have: the sloped ceiling that catches every standard wardrobe, the alcove that's almost but not quite square, the corner where the plaster bulges a little.
Built in solid oak or ash with proper joinery — mortise and tenon, not dowels and cam locks — a wardrobe we make will feel solid when you open it ten years from now, and fifty years after that.
Kitchen units and cabinetry
A made-to-order kitchen isn't built from standard modules you adapt to your space. We measure your kitchen, understand how you use it, and build units that fit those exact dimensions. That means no wasted corners, no gaps, no adapters.
Solid oak or ash throughout — drawer sides, shelf supports, everything — rather than veneered board that flexes and splits. The joinery is designed for the weight and wear a kitchen takes: hinges that hold, shelves that don't sag, drawers that glide smoothly for the first ten years and the tenth.
Staircases
Whether you need a new staircase for a loft opening, a replacement for a tired flight, or repairs to one that's settling with the age of the house, we build staircases that suit the character of your home.
A staircase is structural and visible both at once. We pay attention to the proportions of your rooms and the style of your house, build in oak or ash to match your joinery elsewhere, and engineer every step and rail to be solid underfoot and elegant to look at. A flight we build will still be there, strong and beautiful, when your grandchildren use it.
Why oak and ash
Durable and characterful

From home visit to finished piece
The process is straightforward and unhurried. We come to you first, listen to what you need, and only then we quote.
Home visit and measure. We come to your home, measure carefully, look at the corners and angles and light, and talk through what you want and how you live. That conversation matters — a wardrobe that looks beautiful but doesn't work for the way you use it is a beautiful mistake.
Quote and design. We go back to the workshop, draw it properly, and send you a quote. The quote is for the work we've designed together — there's nothing hidden, and nothing changes unless you ask it to.
Build slot. Once you're happy, we add you to the build schedule. We typically work six to eight weeks ahead, so you'll know roughly when your joinery will be finished and ready for fitting.
Built in the workshop. Everything is made here, by hand, in oak or ash. We take our time and get the joints right, because the alternative is coming back to it later.
Fitted in your home. We deliver and fit the pieces, make sure everything works, and leave you with joinery you can rely on.
